Here’s one playbook Tom Brady doesn’t mind sharing…that is for a price. For $200 fans of the popular New England Patriot quarterback are eating up his new cookbook designed as a nutrition guide to ultimate performance. The TB12 Nutrition Manual features 89 “seasonally inspired” recipes that are according to Brady a “living document” of the type of diet that has allowed him to reach peak levels of performance.

According to the Super Bowl champion’s website the cookbook is printed on 100 pound text paper with a natural maple wood cover and laser etched logo. Inside recipes include avocado ice cream, sweet potato gnocchi with escarole and carrot cake. According to those in the know Brady eats a very strict diet mainly consisting of organic vegetarian meals. He stays away from white sugar, white flour, and Monosodium glutamate (MSG). The recipes in the cookbook are divided into the four seasons; spring, summer, fall and winter. Also included in the book are Brady’s “core TB12 nutritional philosophies” or tips on nutrition.

The manual is designed to come apart and expand. And if you invest in the cookbook you’ll be able to receive additional recipes, modifications and updates as they become available. On Brady’s website, TB12 Nutrition is currently sold out however more will be available next month.
